Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of orbangeltrades.com and to our coaching, the Range Angel indicator and the ORB Angel Playbook ("our services"). ORB Angel Trades is operated by Angela Innes, doing business as ORB Angel Trades, in Arizona ("we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms, our disclaimer, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use our coaching and products. By using them, you confirm that you are.

Education, not advice

Our services are educational. They are not personalized investment advice, and nothing we provide is a recommendation to make any particular trade. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. You make and are responsible for all of your own trading decisions.

Your license to use our materials

When you buy access to Range Angel, the Playbook or coaching materials, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own trading education. You may not share your access, resell, redistribute, copy, publish or reverse-engineer any of our code, indicators, documents, videos or other materials. Access is for one person.

Indicator access

Range Angel is delivered as an invite-only script on TradingView, which requires your own TradingView account. We may update, change or discontinue features. Access ends when a trial or subscription ends, and we may remove access if these terms are broken.

Coaching calls and recordings

Coaching takes place by video call. Mentorship calls are recorded so you can rewatch them, and by booking you consent to those recordings. Recordings are shared only with you and are not published. If you'd prefer a call not be recorded, tell us before it starts.

Conduct

Please be respectful in calls and messages. We may end coaching or access, without a refund, for abusive behavior, harassment, or using our services for anything unlawful.

Testimonials

We only publish a testimonial, your name or anything you've shared with us with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on this site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds, cancellations and subscription renewals are covered by our refund policy, which you agree to before you pay and which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

ORB Angel Trades, Range Angel, our logos, and all content, code and materials on this site and in our products are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs brought against us because you misused our services or materials or broke these terms.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first at [email protected]. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Arizona, or in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date forward and don't change the terms of purchases already made.
