Refund policy | ORB Angel Trades

We want you to know exactly what you're buying and what happens if it isn't right for you. You'll see this policy and agree to it before you pay. If we ever change it, the change applies only to purchases made after the new date at the top of this page, never to purchases you've already made.

ORB Strategy Session ($197)

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session: choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
Less than 24 hours' notice, a missed session, or a completed session: no refund.

ORB Mentorship ($2,500, or the founding client price)

First-call guarantee: if you decide the mentorship isn't right for you, email us within 48 hours after your first call and we'll refund you in full.
After those 48 hours: the program is non-refundable, because your weekly calls are reserved for you for the full 12 weeks. If you're on a payment plan, the remaining payments are still due.
If we can't deliver: if we cancel the program or can't provide sessions you've paid for, you'll get a prorated refund for every session not delivered.
Missed calls: calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Calls missed without notice count as used.

Range Angel subscriptions

Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm.
Cancel anytime: cancel in the same place you signed up, with no need to call or email. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Billed periods: payments already charged after the free trial are not refunded.
Annual plans: if we offer an annual plan, we'll email you a reminder before it renews, and you can request a full refund within 14 days of an annual charge.

Applies to everything

Trading results: we teach a method and provide tools; we don't promise results. Trading losses or not reaching your trading goals are not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks: please contact us first; we'll always try to sort it out. Filing a chargeback ends access to our products and coaching.
Sharing access: sharing, reselling or redistributing access or materials ends your access without a refund, as set out in our terms.
How refunds are paid: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your name and what you bought. For Range Angel, you can also cancel yourself from the account where you subscribed. We reply within two business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
