This policy explains what personal information ORB Angel Trades (Angela Innes, doing business as ORB Angel Trades, in Arizona) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name and email address when you email us, join a waitlist, book a session or buy a product, and anything you choose to share during coaching.
- Your TradingView username, if you use Range Angel, so we can grant access.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data collected by our website host, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver coaching and products you've bought.
- To send emails you've asked for, such as waitlist news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we never add you to a list you didn't sign up for.
- To process payments and keep records we're legally required to keep.
- To keep our site and services secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. These include our website host, email provider, scheduling tool, payment processor and, for Range Angel, TradingView and our subscription platform. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may use strictly necessary cookies for security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer or on a waitlist, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to those requirements.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't email us card numbers or passwords.
Under 18s
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. We honor these requests for everyone. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
